If OSHA, EPA, DEP, DEC, DOH, DOT or any other State or Local agency shows up to inspect your facility we will represent you as your program manager. We may elect to send an OSHACorp representative to your facility to meet with the visiting agency representative if we feel it would be beneficial (also depending upon our availability at the time).
We will also accompany you to any court, board or administrative hearing that is required for up to 4 hours free of any additional cost to you. If necessary, we will arrange for you to meet with our compliance/labor attorney.
